Bring your original receipt!
The Titan Store will gladly offer a refund for textbooks, before the deadline listed on the Hours and Locations page, and under a few conditions.
For All Returns
- The item must be returned in original condition.
- Original receipt is required for any return.
- Current photo ID and proof of student L-number must be presented by returner.
- There can be no cash refunds for any charged purchases; refunds will be credited to the account charged.
Book Refunds
Books are accepted for full refund only if they are returned in original condition. New books cannot have any markings or damage of any sort, nor can shrink wrapped materials be opened.
Other Merchandise Refunds
With the exception of non-returnable merchandise, returns are accepted within 5 working days of purchase, through the deadline. Items must be in original condition with original packaging intact.
Non-returnable Merchandise
Non-returnable merchandise includes, but is not limited to, computers, software, electronics, film, film packets, meal tickets, and LTD merchandise.
