There is a deadline each term for placing online orders if you live in the Local Zip Code Areas listed below.

If you live in these locations, you must purchase your textbooks and other supplies in–store after the Deadline.

New and Used Books

Please indicate your preference for New or Used textbooks. If your preference is not available, we will fill your order with what we have (New or Used). If you do not want this substitution, please indicate "No Substitutions" in the Order Comment text box and we will cancel the book(s) from your order.

Please check quantities when reviewing your shopping cart and paying for your order. This will ensure that you do not receive and pay for more items than you meant to order.

Making Your Purchase

Deferred Billing:

The Deferred Billing payment option is only available if you, the student, is making the purchase. If you are not the student, then please use a credit card.

  • All Deferred Billing orders must have a street address. The address must be in your myLane personal information, or the order will be canceled.
  • The Billing Address on the order form must match the credit card Billing Address or payment will not go through and order will be canceled.

Credit Card:

  • Use the student’s L–Number in the account number field
  • Indicate the name of the person picking–up the order in the "Order Comments" text box. Photo I.D. required for pick up.
  • The Billing Address on the order form must match the credit card Billing Address or payment will not go through and order will be canceled.


  • If renting book(s) for another, use the student's L–Number as the Account Number.
  • See Rental Books page for return information.

Please Note: ups does not deliver to P.O. boxes. A street address is required for your order to be processed.

Back Orders

Deadline For Local Online Orders! Please Read!

Though we make every effort to have books/course material available for purchase before classes start, sometimes they do not arrive on time. In order to get "in stock" books/course materials to you in a timely manner, we will discontinue filling "Back Orders" after June 12, 2019 for orders within the local Zip Code areas. Please see zip codes above for more information.

If you have back–ordered books/course material that have been dropped, come in to the Titan Store to purchase the item(s) once it is available. You are not charged for back–ordered merchandise unless it becomes available and is processed (before June 13, 2019).

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. To cancel all or part of your order, please email

Please note: Cancellation of classes by student or college does not automatically cancel an online order. Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 15% or $30.00 (whichever is less) re–stock fee which will be charged to the student's myLane account.
