Delivery of Orders
- Avoid the long lines and have books ready for easy pick-up at the store, or let us ship your order for just $5.95 within the continental United States.
- IMPORTANT: Please remember, a street address is required to process your order. UPS DOES NOT deliver to P. O. Boxes!!!
- Orders placed by March 21, 2013 will ship out on March 25, 2013 via Regular UPS shipping.
- Orders placed by March 22, 2013 will ship out on March 26, 2013 via Regular UPS shipping.
- Orders placed on or after March 23, will be shipped within 2 business days, or 48 hrs. of placing the order.
- For Deferred Billing (Financial Aid) orders, the shipping address must match the address on file at Lane Community College. To check and update your current address, go to myLane home page; personal information; update addresses and phone.

- *"Actual" shipping charges will be applied to your account for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and for international orders. Deferred Billing is NOT available for international orders. Over-sized merchandise will be shipped separately from textbooks at an additional $2.50 shipping charge.

- Please provide a secure, dry location for UPS to leave your shipment. The Titan Store is NOT responsible for loss due to customer negligence. There is no replacement of lost or damaged merchandise if shipment is left outside or in an unsecured location.
NOTE to SPONSORED STUDENTS:
Many third party sponsors require a student signature. Therefore, the shipping option is not available, you will need to come into the store to pick-up your Online order. When ordering please indicate the name of your sponsor, and that you are a third party account student in the "Message Field". Sponsored accounts do not include Financial Aid, Scholarships, Grants, VA GI Bill, Post 911 or Chapter 33. For further information contact Lisa MacDonald at 541-463-5873. Failure to indicate sponsor or to choose "Sponsored Account" as payment option may result in your Sponsor not getting billed for charges. Therefore, you will become responsible for payment of any purchases made.
